This module equips candidates with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and implement successful social media marketing strategies. You will learn how to leverage various social media channels and create appropriate content to enhance an organization’s digital presence.

The module focuses on three key learning outcomes: first, it explores the growing importance of social media for organizations and its impact on consumers; second, it examines the different social media channels available and the content needed to support them; and third, it develops skills for creating a social media marketing plan and measuring its effectiveness.
